Philadanco titled "EXPLOSIVE: Bold New Works on the Rise," will take place at the Perelman Theater at the Kimmel Center. This high-voltage show is a theatrical dance performance featuring a blend of African American-based dance with ballet, jazz, and modern techniques and a celebration of fresh choreographic voices making their debut for the company. The program is designed to be a "seismic shift," pushing the boundaries of form and feeling, and showcasing the next generation of talent within the PHILADANCO! ensemble.
