On arrival to Cape May we will enjoy a full meal at the Lobster House along with a Christmas Tradition Presentation which the beloved holiday customs we know today have their roots in the Victorian Era, including Christmas trees, cards, and Santa Claus himself. Discover how Prince Albert brought these traditions from Germany to England after marrying Queen Victoria, and how they eventually spread across the Atlantic to America Following lunch the 1879 Victorian house museum sparkles for the holidays with authentic Victorian decorations that invite you to step back into Christmas past! Visit the Physick Estate for a unique living history experience with member of the Physick Family household of the 1890s. All that Glitters Trolley Tour – Victorians Ring in a New Century The year is 1899. Join a dear friend of the Physick Family who has volunteered to help with the final preparation for the very important New Year’s Day Celebration. She wants to consolidate a shopping trip for the necessities to avoid making numerous trips. Join her and travel through town making plans for this important endeavor. Carroll Gallery Exhibit The Carroll Gallery at the Physick Estate becomes a Christmas wonderland this time of year. It's all about the wonder of Christmas morning with model trains and a Dept. 56 Dickens Village beneath the boughs of a giant tree. You can actually stand under our tree and feel like a kid on Christmas morning! Free time for shopping at the picturesque Washington Street Mall before heading home!
